Aude Perrotin-Millereux

Aude Perrotin-Millereux is a seasoned professional in retail transformation and program management with extensive experience in the luxury sector. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Retail Transformation at Cartier since September 2019, Aude oversees the retailOS digital ecosystem and leads initiatives to enhance boutique staff performance and client experience. A former International Care Services Manager at Cartier, Aude managed after-sales activities and drove the digitization of services. Prior to Cartier, Aude held key positions at Van Cleef & Arpels, where as Organization Project Manager, Aude supported business development and transformation projects, and as e-Business Manager, launched e-commerce across multiple markets.
