Emilie Russe has a diverse background in various roles within the luxury goods industry. Emilie started their career at Parfums Givenchy as a Sales' Forecast Analyst in 2009. Emilie then moved on to work as a Research Intern at the University of Cambridge in 2010. In 2011, they joined LVMH Fragrance Brands as a Demand Forecaster.

Emilie's tenure at Cartier began in 2012, where they held multiple positions. Emilie started as a Production Planner and later became a Central Planner Fine WatchMaking. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Merchandising and Supply Chain Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Business Transformation Leader, and in 2022, they were promoted to the position of Operations Associate Vice President.

Throughout their career, Emilie has gained expertise in demand forecasting, research, operations, merchandising, and supply chain management, demonstrating their versatility and adaptability in the luxury goods industry.

Emilie Russe completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from CentraleSupélec in the years 2007 to 2011. Later in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from UNSW.
