Erica Lovett has a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. In 2014, they worked in human resources at Lord & Taylor. Starting in 2015, they joined Rent The Runway in a talent acquisition role. From 2016 to 2020, Erica worked at Condé Nast, starting as a Diversity Program Manager & Talent Partner, then moving on to being a Manager, Inclusion & Community, and finally becoming the Director, Inclusion & Diversity. In 2020, they joined Cartier as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, North America, responsible for leading all diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact efforts within and outside the luxury Maison.

Erica also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Connecticut College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the "Make Your Mark @ Cartier Programme" from INSEAD, expected to be completed in 2023, and "Indigenous Canada" from Coursera, obtained in 2022.
