Fatima Aziz

Fatima Aziz has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Fatima is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for North America at Cartier since June 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief People Officer, Global at Soho House & Co from October 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People & Development Officer for North America at Soho House & Co from January 2019 to October 2019.

Before joining Soho House & Co, Fatima Aziz worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Fatima served as the Vice President of Human Resources from February 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources from March 2013 to February 2016 and Manager of Human Resources from February 2011 to March 2013.

To further develop their expertise, Fatima Aziz participated in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE from 2009 to 2011. Fatima also gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they served as the Interim Human Resources Director for the Student Union - Illini Union from 2008 to 2009.

Additionally, Fatima Aziz has interned in human resources roles. Fatima worked as a Human Resources Leadership Program Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2008 and as a Human Resources Intern at Toys"R"Us in 2007.

Fatima Aziz has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Fatima also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the same university.
