International Technical Manager customer service

Frederic Cosme is currently the International Technical Manager for customer service at Cartier, where they oversee various aspects of client engagement and support. Previously, Frederic worked at Richemont from 2011 to 2021, serving as the Customer Service Jewellery Workshop Manager, where they established the first jewelry workshop in the Middle East and managed multiple service and quality control initiatives. Prior to that, Frederic worked as a Joaillier at Cartier from 2005 to 2011.
