Jennifer Andamaye

Jennifer Andamaye's work experience includes positions at various prestigious companies. Jennifer started their career at Pacifica as an HR Assistant before moving on to Allianz as a Training Coordinator Assistant. Jennifer then joined CLARINS as part of the HR Development Department, focusing on recruitment and training. Jennifer later joined Cartier as an HR Business Partner for the company's France division. Jennifer then transitioned to Richemont as an HR Business Partner for various luxury brands. Currently, Jennifer is working at Cartier again, initially as the Head of HR Middle East, India & Africa and now as the HR Director for the Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey regions.

Jennifer ANDAMAYE obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine in 2009. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the same university from 2010 to 2011. In 2020, Jennifer also obtained a certification in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index institution.
