Julien Legret

Julien Legret has a strong background in HR digital transformation and project management. Julien currently serves as the Global People Analytics & HR Digital Director at Cartier, overseeing the strategic direction of the HR Digital & People Analytics department. Prior to this, Julien worked at Richemont as a Group HR Program Manager, leading global HR digital transformation efforts for a workforce of 40K employees. Julien also held the role of Group HR Project Manager at Richemont. Before joining Richemont, Julien worked at SICPA as an HR Project Manager, where they led the deployment of talent management SAAS system across all SICPA entities and oversaw the HRIS strategy. Julien began their career at Logica, where they served in various roles including SAP HCM Portal Lead and Functional and technical consultant SAP HR. In these roles, they led international projects, conducted user training, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.

Julien Legret obtained a Master's degree in MIAGE from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a 2-year business degree in computer sciences from Institut Universitaire de Technologie Belfort-Montbeliard in 2004. In 2021, Julien also obtained a certification in People Analytics from Emeritus.
