Francisco Hidalgo

Francisco Hidalgo has been working in the technology industry since 2003. Francisco began their career at TunerMedia as a Software Developer and System Administrator, where they monitored systems to improve quality of service and developed web applications to deliver jingles and music productions. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at SDT as a Software Developer and System Administrator, where they migrated and re-engineered existing software to support scale and developed Linux drivers to support Fujitsu-Siemens hardware. In 2009, they joined Negofeed as a Lead Developer, developing an intelligent ecommerce platform. From 2010 to 2012, Francisco worked at two companies, The Walking Dev and Sadiel. At The Walking Dev, they were the Owner, developing apps and games for iOS and MVP applications. At Sadiel, they were a Software Developer, developing educational solutions deployed in more than 500,000 computers and Linux drivers to support new features for GuadalinexEDU operating system. From 2012 to 2016, Francisco worked at Bipi as a Software Developer, developing solutions to improve the mobility in the cities through mobile apps and web apps, and providing architectural direction for new products and solutions in the company road-map. In 2018, they joined Geographica as a Senior Engineer. Currently, they are working at CARTO as a Lead Engineer and Software Engineer.

Francisco Hidalgo obtained their Higher Technician degree in Computer Network Systems Management from Lucus Solis between 2001 and 2003.
