Dayton Miller

Dayton Miller is an experienced entrepreneur and investor specializing in the food and beverage industry. As Managing Partner at Boulder Food Group since 2015, Dayton has supported early-stage consumer product companies to achieve sustainable growth. In addition to this role, Dayton serves on the boards of various companies, including Caulipower, Mid-Day Squares, Barnana, Fourth & Heart, and Cartograph. Previously, Dayton was the CEO and co-founder of Function Drinks from 2008 to 2015, which focused on innovative health and wellness products. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Dayton contributed to the Harvard Business School Association of Southern California as a board member from 2012 to 2016.
