Joanna Hishon

Joanna Hishon currently serves as Senior Product Sales Manager at Cartology, part of the Woolworths Group, since October 2025. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Senior Account Executive for Enterprise and Retail at Wiser Solutions, Inc. from May 2023 to October 2025. Joanna's experience includes serving as an Account Executive in the Commerce Cloud division at Salesforce from October 2021 to May 2023, and progressing through various leadership roles at Numerator, including Vice President and Commercial Director. Additional experience includes tenures as Business Development Director for AU/NZ at Unity4 Contact Centre Outsourcing and Technology, and Commercial Manager at pureprofile, among others. Joanna holds a Master of Economics in Political Economy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Southern Cross University.
