Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca McDonald has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field since 2002. Rebecca began their career as a Travel Consultant, Team Leader, and Novice Trainer at Flight Centre in 2002. In 2005, they joined Bentley Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for the full recruitment process. In 2006, they moved to Korn/Ferry Futurestep as a Career Management and Recruitment Consultant. Rebecca then worked as a Talent Manager and Business Partner (Foster's Group) at Korn/Ferry Futurestep from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Campbell Arnott's. In 2015, they joined 451 Consulting Pty Ltd as a Recruitment and Client Engagement Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Unicorn Whisperer at Mexia. Finally, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as a People Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Deloitte.

Rebecca McDonald completed a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development from RMIT University in 2013. Rebecca also holds two Bachelor's degrees from The University of Queensland, one in Business (Management) with a focus in Human Resources and one in Arts with a focus in Psychology, which they achieved between 1996 and 1999.
