Karen Shi

Karen Shi is currently serving as the Group Lead Recruiter for Asia at Cartrack since March 2023. Previously, Karen worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at M-DAQ Global from September 2022 to March 2023, and as a Senior Technical Recruiter for the APAC region at Cartrack from November 2019 to September 2022. Karen has also held positions as a Senior Recruiter at ManpowerGroup and as an IT Recruiter at Michael Bailey Associates, with earlier experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Temp-Team Singapore. Karen Shi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Northumbria University.
