Michelle McHale

Michelle McHale has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 as a Data Analyst at ESB and later worked as a Data Analyst at Alstom Transport in 2005. Michelle then worked as a Software Support and Development at Cahill Software Ltd in 2004. In 2006, they joined RBC Dexia Investor Services as a Software Engineer and later moved to Kainos as a Software Engineer in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Snr Project Manager at Fintrax Group Holdings. Michelle then joined HP as a Snr Project Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they started working at Planet, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Senior Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, and finally, Senior Director of Product Management. Their most recent role is Director of Technology - Strategy and Execution at CarTrawler since 2022.

Michelle McHale started their education in 2000 at the University of Galway. Michelle pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, graduating in 2004. In addition to their degree, Michelle has also obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant and a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile Inc.
