David Kelsall Bsc Mrics

David Kelsall BSc MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with experience in house building and development. He is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Development & Growth at Cartrefi Conwy. Prior to this, David ran his own Chartered Surveyor firm and also served as a Director at Kelsall Homes Ltd. David obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Surveying from Liverpool Polytechnic.
