Gareth Leech

Gareth Leech is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Improvement at Cartrefi Conwy. He leads business improvement activities and drives a continuous improvement culture, focusing on delivering strategic objectives alongside the senior leadership team. Gareth is also the Innovate Project Lead at the company, where he leads the delivery of the Innovate Business Plan and related priorities and strategies. He has implemented a full governance and engagement approach from scratch across the whole organisation. Additionally, Gareth serves as a Trustee at Shelter Cymru, Conwy Arts Trust, a Board Member at CIH Futures, and Chair at CIH Housing Futures Cymru. Prior to his current roles, Gareth worked as a Purchasing Graduate at Ifor Williams Trailers Ltd and as a Revenue Assistant at Conwy County Borough Council. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Newcastle University.
