Matthew Shubeck

Matthew Shubeck is an accomplished financial and operations executive with extensive experience in the brewing and hospitality industries. As Chief Operating Officer at Saucy Brew Works since August 2017, Matthew has significantly expanded the company from 1 to 8 locations and increased annual revenue to over $17 million. Additionally, since December 2022, Matthew has served as Chief Operating Officer at Cartridge Brewing and as a Partner/Accounting Controller at Sleep Over Management LLC, overseeing multiple hotel properties. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Things Remembered and Fund Controller at MatlinPatterson, where Matthew managed portfolio accounting for hedge funds.
