Catherine Dekanosidze

Catherine Dekanosidze has extensive experience in human resources and personnel development, currently serving as the Head of Personnel Development Division and Head of Training Center at Cartu Bank since 2008, along with a role as Deputy HR. Prior to this, Catherine worked at ProCredit Bank Georgia from 2004 to 2008 as HR Recruitment Manager and HR Training Officer. Earlier experience includes a position as Public Center Coordinator at IREX from 2000 to 2004 and a role as Junior Programmer at Muskhelishvili Institute of Computational Mathematics from September 1998 to May 2000.
