Daniel Tartakovsky has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Daniel is currently working as the Co-Founder and COO at Cartwheel, an organization that focuses on helping schools and families address the student mental health crisis. Prior to this, they worked as a Policy Advisor to the Surgeon General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from March 2021 to April 2022. Daniel also served as part of the COVID-19 Response team for the Biden-Harris Transition Team from September 2020 to February 2021. Before their involvement in public health, they worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to September 2020. Daniel also gained experience as a Debate Coach at Harvard-Westlake School from 2014 to 2016.

Daniel Tartakovsky graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics, achieving summa cum laude honors.
