Helena Saarinen

Helena Saarinen is an experienced ICT Service Manager and Web Manager at Caruna since December 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing various online services such as customer information systems, web applications, and identity management services. Helena has led multiple projects, including the Caruna+ mobile application and energy reporting services, while maintaining supplier relationships in a multi-vendor environment. Prior to Caruna, Helena accumulated significant expertise as a web specialist and project manager at the Geological Survey of Finland, contributing to international development projects. In addition to industry experience, Helena has served as a course assistant for the Design of WWW Services at Aalto University across multiple terms. Helena holds a Master's degree in Computer, Communication, and Information Sciences from Aalto University, a Bachelor's degree in Media Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, and is pursuing further education in Information Technology.
