Mervi Haukilahti

Mervi Haukilahti is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, Mervi serves as the Head of Procurement (CPO) at Caruna, overseeing centralized sourcing, purchasing, and real estate management while implementing advanced eProcurement solutions. Prior to this, Mervi held the position of Director of Procurement Services for the City of Espoo, managing sourcing activities for municipal materials and services. Mervi's background includes significant roles at Nokia Corporation, where Mervi led indirect sourcing, established global spend management strategies, and developed sourcing teams across multiple categories. Mervi's earlier career includes management and research positions in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. Mervi holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Eastern Finland.
