Tomi Hakala

Tomi Hakala currently serves as the Manager of Network Asset Development at Caruna since March 2022, leading a team focused on long-term planning and modeling of network assets, as well as conducting techno-economic analyses related to network development and investments. Prior to this role, Tomi held various positions at Elenia from January 2013 to February 2022, including Network Asset Analyst, Project Manager, Network Assets Developer, Planning Engineer, and Project Engineer, alongside completing a Master's thesis. Tomi began the professional journey as a trainee at Vattenfall Verkko Oy in 2011 and holds a Master of Science degree in Power Systems and Market from Tampere University of Technology.
