Tina Rauschenbach is currently the Head of Customer Experience at CARUSO, where Tina leads all customer journey, marketing, and user experience activities. Prior to this role, Tina held various positions in user experience design at companies such as SAP and BASF. Tina holds a Master of Arts in E-Learning and Media Education from Pädagogische Hochschule Heidelberg, a Bachelor of Engineering in Audio Visual Media from Stuttgart Media University, and has completed additional studies in Communication and Media Studies.
