Grant C.

Grant C. has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Grant started their career as a Construction Sales / Project Manager at Sky Construction Inc in May 2013 and worked there until April 2014. Grant then joined Atlantic Contracting & Material Co., Inc. in June 2014 as a Cost Engineer and later became a Purchasing Manager from January 2016 to June 2018. Grant C. then moved on to Lennar, where they held the positions of Purchasing Manager from June 2018 to August 2019 and Purchasing Operations Manager from August 2019 to November 2020. Grant then joined DRB Homes as a Purchasing Manager from November 2020 to March 2022, and later became a Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager from March 2022 to September 2022. Grant C. was then promoted to Director of Purchasing at DRB Homes and held the position until September 2023. Lastly, they joined Caruso Homes, Inc. in September 2023 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations.

Grant C. pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from George Mason University - School of Business. Following this, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
