Kezra Cornell

Kezra Cornell is an experienced professional in user experience design and writing, currently serving as the Manager of UX Writing & Product Design at Carvana since June 2019. In this role, Kezra leads the UX Writing department, overseeing hiring, process design, and quality control for LLM outputs, while focusing on high funnel experiences across all channels. Prior to this position, Kezra held various roles at Carvana, including Team Lead for User Experience and Senior UX Designer, contributing to significant product improvements in the fast-growing online used car retail sector. Previous experience includes working as a Senior UX Designer at Colle McVoy and serving as a UX Architect at Aimia Inc., among other roles in reputable firms. Kezra holds a Master of Graphic Design with an emphasis in User Experience Design from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
