Michael Saywell

Michael Saywell has extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as a Territory Manager and Market Operations Manager at Carvana since October 2017. Prior to this, Michael held multiple executive roles at Target from May 2011 to October 2017, including Executive of Human Resources, overseeing HR initiatives for a large store, and Executive of Assets Protection, where responsibilities included leading a security team and promoting safety and security measures. Earlier career experience includes working as an Investigator for USIS from September 2006 to May 2011, where duties involved conducting National Security background investigations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government/History from the University of Maryland, earned in 2006.
