Samika Mendoza is a professional with experience in customer service and operations management. At Carvana, Samika holds the title of Senior Manager in the Registration & Regulatory Operations department. Prior to that, at Discover Financial Services, Samika had various roles including Team Leader and Business Analyst. Samika started their career as a Barista at Starbucks before pursuing higher education and obtaining an Associate's degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Glendale Community College.
