Allison Baxley

Allison Baxley is an experienced sales representative with a strong background in outdoor and sporting goods markets. Currently serving as a Southeast Sales Representative for Carve Designs and a Sales Representative for Marolina Outdoor, Inc. since May 2021, Allison has also represented Darn Tough Vermont since November 2017 and worked with various brands through Decker & Associates since June 2017. Throughout a career that includes roles at ICEMULE Coolers, Helly Hansen, and Wolverine Worldwide, Allison has developed expertise in sales strategy, event planning, and trade show coordination. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, completed in 2012.
