Alexandra (Allie) Lugar has a diverse range of work experience. In 2016, they served as an Office Intern for PREVENT CHILD ABUSE DELAWARE INC, where they assisted the Executive Director with file organization and research on childhood lifestyles and safety awareness. At McDaniel College from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Conference Service Assistant, handling the operation of residence halls and meeting rooms for camps and conferences. Alexandra (Allie) also designed event floor layouts and provided assistance to camp attendees. From 2018 to 2019, they interned at BPGSports as a Volleyball Specialist/Coach, playing a role in the establishment of the 76ers Fieldhouse Elite Youth Training Facility through marketing efforts and social media management. At The Tatnall School in 2019, they worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach, where they coached the junior varsity team and assisted with the varsity team. Alexandra (Allie) developed coaching styles tailored to players of different skill levels. In 2019, they joined the East Coast Power Chesapeake Volleyball Club as both an Assistant Coach and later as the Head Coach. Most recently, since 2020, they have been working at Carvertise, starting as a Junior Operations Associate and then progressing to the role of Operations Manager in 2021.
Allie Lugar began their education at Alexis I Dupont High School in 2011 and completed their studies there in 2015. Alexandra (Allie) then attended McDaniel College from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
