Caleb Sullivan, PDM

Caleb Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caleb began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Southwestern Community College in 2018, where they gained valuable experience in the field. In 2019, Caleb joined the Jackson County Tourism Development Authority as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant. During their time there, they contributed to the organization's sales and social media marketing efforts, increasing engagement and following significantly. Caleb later advanced to the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, where they created and executed sales plans and approached sales in a hybrid manner. Caleb also worked on crisis communication plans and assisted with blog posts and press releases. Caleb then joined Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort as a VIP Server, Food and Beverage, where they served VIP guests for several years. In 2022, they joined Carvertise as a Sales Director. With their diverse background and experience, Caleb is well-equipped to excel in their new role.

Caleb Sullivan, PDM, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication from Western Carolina University. Caleb attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Caleb earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Southwestern Community College, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Caleb has obtained several certifications. Caleb received the Professional in Destination Management (PDM) certification from Destinations International in May 2021. Caleb also holds the Facebook Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate, granted by Coursera, and the Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate, earned from Facebook, both obtained in February 2021. Furthermore, Caleb is a Cvent Supplier Certified professional, having received the certification from Cvent in April 2020.
