Robert Ruza

Robert Ruza has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2005, they began their career as CTO of SmartGuide AG. Robert then moved to VP E-Business at BLKB in 2008. In 2011, they became CTO of scope solutions AG, where they were responsible for all activities of a member of the executive board, deputy of the CEO, and head of the development. In 2018, they joined Adobe as a Sr. Engineering Manager. In 2019, they became Sr. Engineering Manager at Tundra.com, managing and scaling teams of 15 to 30 engineers. Currently, they are CTO of Carvolution AG, a next-generation mobility services provider reshaping car ownership.

Robert Ruza obtained a Postgraduate degree in business management Basel in 2004, earning an eidg. Dipl. Business Manager in the field of Business and operational management. In 2011, they received a Records management and digital long-term archiving degree from e-comtrust international ag. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor degree from bbz St. Gallen in Business Management College. In 1995, they obtained a Dipl. Inf. Ing. FH from Fachhochschule Aargau in the field of Informatik-Ingenieur.
