Ruslan Politiko

Ruslan Politiko has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries.

In 2003, they worked as the Director of Logistics and After-Sales Service at Mashinny Dvor Tiumen, where they were responsible for managing logistics and after-sales service for Chevrolet, Opel, Cadillac, and GM-Avtovaz.

From 2006 to 2007, Ruslan served as the Deputy CBDO at Vostok Motors, an official dealer of Nissan and Hyundai. In this role, they developed and executed new car sales strategies and implemented warehouses infrastructure, resulting in a sales growth of over 300% year-on-year.

In 2009, they joined am.ru as the CBDO, and later in 2011, they co-founded and served as the CBDO of unicom24.ru, the largest online mortgage broker in Russia. Ruslan developed sales strategies, established partnerships with top commercial banks, and engaged more than 17,000 active realtors.

Ruslan joined brainysoft in 2015 as the CBDO, contributing their expertise to the company's growth and development.

In 2016, they joined Mail.Ru Group as the Head of work with partners, where they played a key role in the development of the am.ru auto classified platform. Ruslan then became the CBDO of car classified, where they integrated services, established partnerships with dealers, launched new warranty services, and created B2B auto classified services.

From 2018 to 2019, Ruslan served as the CBDO at Sovcombank, where they successfully launched online products such as car loans and mortgages. Ruslan also launched Russia's first online car sales banking marketplace called onetwoauto.ru.

In 2019, they joined Sberauto as the CBDO, contributing to the company's growth until 2021.

Currently, Ruslan is working as the Co-Founder and CBDO at Carwyze, a position they have held since October 2021.
