Kathy Lunsky

Kathy Lunsky has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Carylon Corporation since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Principal at Brentwood Advisory since July 2015, where they specialized in executive operational and people strategies across various industries.

From July 2015 to July 2016, Kathy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at TSI - A Transworld Systems Company. In this role, they led the HR function for a $300 million business process outsourcing company with operations in the US and the Philippines.

Before that, Kathy was the Chief Operating Officer at Rogers Park Montessori from April 2007 to July 2015, where they oversaw various departments including HR, finance, IT, and fundraising.

Additionally, they worked as the National Manager of Executive Recruiting at Tatum LLC from 2005 to 2007, and as the Senior Director of Human Resources (Vice President) at Cosi in 2004.

Kathy started their career with Hewitt Associates in 2001, where they served as the Client Delivery Group Director until 2003.

Kathy Lunsky has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Spanish Studies from American University. In addition, they obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2017.
