Carole Eidemiller has a extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Carole started their career in 1979 at Deere & Co, where they worked as a Black Belt for 24 years until 2003. In 2016, Carole joined Vertiv Co as an Operational Excellence Manager, MBB, PMP. Carole held this position for four years until 2020. Currently, they are employed at CAS as the Manager of Customer Experience, a role they began in October 2020.

Carole Eidemiller earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. In addition to their formal education, Carole has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
