Cindy Strahler

Cindy Strahler, LUTCF, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, project management, and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at CAS since August 2019. Previous roles include Administrative Manager and Program Manager at Grange Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing change management plans, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional project coordination. Cindy has also held various positions at Grange Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Big Walnut High School, demonstrating a strong background in training, sales, and curriculum development. Cindy holds a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Computer Technology from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from The Ohio State University.
