Debra Schrader

Debra Schrader has extensive legal experience, primarily working for CAS. Debra started at CAS in 2009 as a Contracts Attorney and later became the Lead Contracts Attorney in 2016. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Corporate Counsel and then to Managing Corporate Counsel in 2019. Debra'sresponsibilities at CAS included managing a team of 11 individuals, negotiating and drafting complex agreements, and collaborating with cross-divisional and executive management on strategic business initiatives. Prior to joining CAS, Debra worked at Bricker & Eckler, LLP as an Associate and Law Clerk from 2005 to 2009. Debra also served as a Legal Extern at the Supreme Court of Ohio in 2006, a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Capital University Law School from 2004 to 2006, and a Law Clerk at Reminger Co. LPA in 2004.

Debra Schrader holds an extensive education history. Debra received an Executive MBA with Summa Cum Laude honors from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in the years 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Capital University Law School from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with Magna Cum Laude honors, specializing in Law. Debra earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ohio University between 1999 and 2003, also with Magna Cum Laude honors. Debra'sfield of study during their undergraduate years included Finance, Economics, and Pre-Law. Additionally, Debra Schrader possesses a Doctor of Law - JD from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Ohio University in the fields of Law and Finance, Economics, and Pre-Law, respectively.

Furthermore, Debra Schrader holds various certifications. Debra is a Licensed Attorney from the Supreme Court of Ohio since October 2006. Debra is also in the process of obtaining the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In addition, they are a certified IACCM Contract & Commercial Management Practitioner from World Commerce & Contracting and a Prosci/ADKAR Change Management Practitioner from Prosci.
