Eliza Sproat has diverse work experience in various industries. Eliza currently works as a Business Analyst at CAS since 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded HnL Enterprises LLC in 2011. Eliza also worked at the Upper Arlington Public Library from 2015 to 2022, where they served as a Reference Librarian, Public Services Associate, and Circulation Assistant. Eliza Sproat has an extensive education background with degrees and diplomas in various fields. Eliza completed their Bachelor's degree in Chinese and Anthropology from The Ohio State University from 1988 to 1994. During this time, they also attended the Beijing Language Institute in 1992-1993, where they obtained a diploma in Chinese. Eliza further pursued their academic endeavors by earning a Master of Library Science (MLS) degree from Kent State University from 1995 to 1998, specializing in Library Science.
Additionally, Eliza attended Hampshire College from 1986 to 1987, where they studied Writing, Math, and Research. Though they did not earn a degree during this period, it provided their with a diverse educational background.
In terms of certifications, Eliza obtained the "Human Subjects Protection [HSP] (Social and Behavioral)" certification from the CITI Program in November 2021.
