Erica Ciardelli

Erica Ciardelli has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Erica began their career as an Assistant in Creative Development at USI Affinity Collegiate Insurance Resources. In 2008, they transitioned to USI Affinity as a Specialist in Product Management, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Erica served as a Product Marketing Manager at USI Affinity.

In 2012, Erica joined the Association of College & University Housing Officers - International as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager. During their tenure, they managed web properties, created editorial calendars, and executed multi-channel marketing efforts. Erica also created marketing and sales collateral such as presentation decks, brochures, social media graphics, web content, and ad creative. In 2019, Erica was promoted to the position of Director of Marketing & Communications, where they continued to contribute until 2021.

In June 2021, Erica started working as a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager at CAS. The duration of their role at CAS is ongoing.

Erica Ciardelli completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing at Ohio University from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Prosci® Taking Charge of Change from Prosci in November 2022, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in March 2022, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in August 2021.
