Director, Sales Operations (go To Market And Tools Leader) at CAS

Gretchen Bond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gretchen started their career at UARCO Document Technology Solutions as an Administrative Manager. Gretchen then worked at Bank One as a Project Manager, where they led various projects related to process improvement and system upgrades. After that, they joined Nisource Inc. as a Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst.

Later on, Bond worked at Babbage Simmel, first as a Principal Consultant and then as the Business Process Practice Leader. In these roles, they focused on developing internal employee intellectual capital, streamlining operations, and introducing new clients to the company.

Bond's next role was at Wendy's International as a Blended Learning Specialist, where they were involved in developing and delivering training programs. Gretchen then joined the International Society of Performance Improvement, Ohio Heartland Chapter, serving as the Past President.

In their role at Affinion Group, Bond worked as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Release Mgt/Configuration Mgt. Gretchen implemented a new quality approach and managed the overall quality process for key strategic initiatives. Gretchen also managed a team and a consulting budget.

At Nationwide Financial, Bond held two roles: IT Capability Leader and Director of IT at Nationwide Bank. In these roles, they provided leadership in IT capabilities and managed various IT initiatives.

Before their current position, Bond worked at DSW as the Director of IT. Gretchen led the successful redesign launch of the company's e-commerce site and mobile apps, implemented automation frameworks, and managed a budget.

Currently, Bond is the Director of Sales Operations (Go To Market and Tools Leader) at CAS. Gretchen also served as the Strategy and Transformation Execution Leader, where they provided thought leadership and strategic thinking in areas such as Go To Market planning and execution and integration of technology and process.

Throughout their career, Bond has demonstrated strong leadership and execution skills, focusing on driving results, building teams, and creating innovative solutions to challenging problems.

Gretchen Bond holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources, which they obtained from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Gretchen completed their degree program from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Dickinson College, attending from 1989 to 1993. In their earlier education years, they attended the Columbus School for Girls from 1985 to 1989.

In addition to their formal education, Gretchen Bond has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2003. Gretchen also holds additional certifications in ITIL, Service Management, and Rummler-Brache Process Improvement, although the institutions or dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
