Justin Bodak

Justin Bodak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin started their career at Battelle as an intern in 1994. Justin then joined Cardinal Health in 1997, where they held various roles such as Accounts Receivable Lead, Regional Accountant, Supervisor of Accounting, Manager of Finance, and Director of Finance. At Cardinal Health, they managed financial planning and analysis departments, led the creation of monthly executive packages, and played a crucial role in budgeting, reporting, and project analysis for multiple departments.

In 2005, Justin moved to Henry Schein Animal Health as a Consultant/Director, where they led the month-end reporting process and developed a new sales forecasting process. Justin later joined Nexeo Solutions, LLC as a Senior Accounting Manager, responsible for managing the Distribution Accounting team and implementing departmental changes.

In 2016, Justin joined CAS as the Assistant Director of Finance - FP&A, where they directed the FP&A function and managed the department. Justin oversaw financial planning processes, assisted in monthly financial closing and reporting, and provided detailed explanations behind variances. Justin later transitioned to the role of Assistant Director of Finance, FP&A - Technology, where they partnered closely with the CTO and Technology Division leadership team, providing financial insights, analytics, and guidance on investment opportunities.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong financial leadership, strategic perspective, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Justin Bodak attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Later, they pursued an MBA at Capital University - School of Management from 2000 to 2001.
