Andrés Mateu

Andrés Mateu has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Andrés started their career as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International in 2011. Later, they worked at Focus Services as an HR Recruiter and then took on the role of Recruitment Coordinator, where they managed the recruitment department for various operations.

In 2015, they joined Integrated Screening Partners as a Processing Specialist, specializing in evaluations and tests during the recruitment process. Andrés provided customized services to clients and ensured prompt and accurate assistance during their HR processes.

Currently, Andrés is working at CAS TRAINING as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for finding the best talent in the IT area for the company's clients. Andrés handles multiple requests simultaneously, conducts interviews, utilizes various recruitment strategies, and performs headhunting activities.

Andrés Mateu attended Universidad Francisco Gavidia from 2009 to 2017, where they completed a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales (International Relations).
