Carolina Ronalds has a diverse work experience in the tourism industry. Carolina began their career as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas at Silvana Tours in 2001, before moving on to Abercrombie & Kent as a Tour Consultant from 2004-2007. Carolina then joined Casa Andina Hoteles, where they held various supervisory and managerial roles, such as Senior Peru Travel Consultant, Tour & Travel Supervisor, and Supervisora de Turismo Interno. In their most recent role as Head of Travel Agencies Sales, Carolina led a team focused on increasing vacation and business travel revenue and providing support to strategic partners.
Carolina Ronalds completed a Diploma in Sales Management and Leadership at Postgrado UPC in 2012. In 1998, they also attended CENFOTUR where they obtained a degree in Commercial Aviation, specializing in Travel Agency. In terms of additional certifications, Carolina obtained a certification in Digital Transformation from Coursera in March 2021. Carolina also has certifications in Strategy Formulation, Strategic Management, and Creative Problem Solving from Coursera Course Certificates, all obtained in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications in Persuasive Communication, obtained from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in April 2018, and Successful Negotiation Strategies and Essential Skills from the University of Michigan in October 2017. Furthermore, they have completed courses in Introduction to Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2014, Consumer Psychology from Postgrado UPC in June 2009, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from Postgrado UPC in August 2008, and Fundamentals of Marketing from the Instituto Peruano de Marketing in October 2007.
