The Human Resources team at Casa Brugal is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The team, which includes a Coordinadora De Recursos Humanos, an Analista De Recursos Humanos, and a Gerente De Compensación y Beneficios / HRBP Commercial & Marketing, also handles compensation and benefits, talent development, and supports the commercial and marketing departments with HR-related needs.
