Jessica Burchett

Jessica Burchett has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jessica currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare since July 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Casa Colina from April 2017, and previously as the Human Resources Manager from May 2008 to March 2017. Before joining Casa Colina, they worked as the Human Resources Supervisor at Beverly Hospital from September 2003 to May 2008. Jessica also served as an HR Assistant at UCI Medical Center from 2002 to 2003, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Waste Management, Inc. from 2001 to 2002. Jessica began their HR career as a Human Resources Intern at the City of Santa Rosa from September 2000 to August 2001.

Jessica Burchett holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Sonoma State University from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources.
