Montserrat Aldave

Montserrat Aldave is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in macroeconomic research and policy analysis. Currently serving as Principal Economist at Casa de Bolsa Finamex since June 2019, Montserrat previously held roles as Deputy Director and Head of Department at the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, where contributions were made in economic policy direction. Additionally, Montserrat worked as a Project Analyst at SELZ + PARTNERS, focusing on regional development. As a former professor of Introduction to Macroeconomics at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, Montserrat has also engaged in academia. Montserrat holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution, complemented by studies at Università Bocconi.
