One of CASAs longest tenured employees, Francisco Cartagena Moran has worked as CASA’s member services coordinator since 2003. Francisco has a degree in business administration from the University of El Salvador before becoming a deacon in the Catholic Church. Since joining CASA, Francisco has helped countless families adapt and become better situated in the United States.
