Rachael Nowak

Rachael Nowak, M.S., currently serves as the Coordinator of Member Services at PGA TOUR, where primary responsibilities include acting as the main contact between PGA TOUR headquarters and caddies, managing website content, and overseeing weekly communications and registrations. Prior experience includes coordinating programs for First Tee, where relationship management and Salesforce record maintenance were key duties. Rachael also held a fellowship with the Michigan Section PGA, focused on event execution, and served as a graduate assistant in facility and event management at Michigan State University. Rachael’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. Additional experience encompasses various customer service and operational roles in the hospitality and recreation sectors.
