Frederic Ngongang

Employment Specialist Frederic Ngongang is a pillar of society in the Prince George’s County, Maryland area, especially for migrants from African countries trying to integrate into a new environment. Frederic’s journey with CASA began when he was looking for work, in 2004 he began as a volunteer French interpreter. Since 2005, he has served the community as a trilingual employment specialist for CASA’s Hire Workers Program offered at the Welcome Centers in Maryland. Back in Cameroon, Frederic studied Commercial Marketing and Sales. He aids his community in every way he can, daily. Whether it is finding jobs for daily workers, making calls to employers, or simply providing the community with the information they need in order to prosper, Frederic is dedicated to making the immigrant community feel welcome. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.
