Ninfa Amador-Hernandez is a Research and Policy Analyst at CASA, having started in December 2022, following a prior role as a Research and Policy Intern at the same organization from June to August 2021. Previously, Ninfa was a student at Randolph College from August 2019 to May 2022, where a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government was earned and active participation in the Student Government Association, as well as serving as President of the Excursions and Young Democrats club. Additional experience includes serving as the Boston, MA Chapter Legislative Co-Lead for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America from January to May 2021, a Community Engagement Intern in Senator Jill P Carter's Office, and various internships at the City of Lynchburg and U.S. Senator Tim Kaine's office during early 2020, focusing on constituent services and community engagement. Ninfa graduated from Maggie L Walker Governor's School in 2018 with a high school diploma focused on American Government and Politics.
