Dan Zaccardo is an experienced legal professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (Volunteer) at CASA for Children of Essex County since February 2019, Zaccardo previously held significant roles, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at R1 RCM from November 2009 to February 2017. CASA for Children of Essex County

CASA for Children of Essex County is an independent court-authorized non-profit organization which works through professionally trained community volunteers to promote the welfare of children in Essex County, NJ who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect or abandonment. CASA serves a a foster child's voice in court working to insure that needed services and assistance are made available while helping to move the child to a safe and permanent home. CASA empowers everyday citizens as court appointed officers of the Court. Their involvement in the life of a child in foster care makes a direct impact now and perhaps for generations to come.
