Isabela Gonçalves

Isabela Gonçalves is a project manager with extensive experience in community engagement and creative economy initiatives. Currently serving as Gerente de Projetos at Casa Hacker, Isabela focuses on promoting gender equity in technology and enhancing public education through STEAM initiatives. As the founder of Firmeza Hub and a producer for Coalizão Negra Por Direitos, Isabela drives community activation and engagement strategies. Previous roles include Head de Projetos at Paizão Records, where responsibilities involved ecosystem coordination for phonographic products, and operations at Vivo Rio / Music Rio Academy, contributing to course development from inception. Isabela's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Administration from ESPM, complemented by studies in Executive Production and Arts Management.
